The
ANS Foundation ( Foundation for the Aid to human beings, nature
and animals ), is a Danish private organization, without
aims of profit, created by David Oestergaard Pedersen. The
main goal of this foundation is to take aid to the human beings,
nature and its animals. The Foundation is registered in Nicaragua
and only has operations here.
The Foundation cover a monthly payment for school students
with low economic resources, that could not receive education
without these contributions. Also the Foundation worries to
offer economic aid for the payment of salaries of medical
professionals who takes care of people with limited resources.
Without these resources, these people would face serious problems
of health.
The President of the ANS is Mr. Dan Oestergaard and the foundation
activities and management are carried out by nicaraguan citizens. The Foundation always tries
to use only a small amount of resources for administrative
handling.
Most
of the activities of the Foundation are carried out in Managua.
In San Juan del Sur, the Foundation gives support to Escuela
Bastón and of course develops also activities for the
protection of the wildlife in Playa Madera.
